A Multi Approach

A multi-disciplinary, multi-phase approach integrating our own and colleagues’ strengths, (Business Logic, Creative, Technology and Leadership) allows Dreams and Logic to leverage the most efficient tools, techniques and working modes with and across four project phases: Discover, Define, Design and Develop.

Why a Phased Approach? Dreams and Logic’s 4-phase approach enables maximum flexibility, allowing our clients to make key decisions at each critical juncture in their project based on new information, changes in industry landscape or directives from stakeholders.

Phase 1:
Discover

Understand the client problems and opportunities.

The Discover phase is employed to research and validate your physical and virtual business options and facilitate consensus with all your stakeholders. Discover provides a roadmap to the nature of your overall project, and how Dreams and Logic and our colleagues can be best used to construct your solution.

Phase 2:
Define

Establish project objectives, scope and project plan.

In the Define Phase, the team performs a deeper assessment to define and articulate goals, creative/tech/functional parameters and a high level schedule for developing your solution in future development phases.

Phase 3:
Design

Define the details of your solution.

In the Design Phase, the team finalizes the creative aspects (including art direction, marketing copy and website content) of the product. The Design Phase is complete when all issues that impact a solid Develop Phase have been addressed.

Phase 4:
Development

Build your solution.

In the Develop Phase, the team implements the selected visual design, then manufactures and turns over the physical product to you for sell-in at retail and further promotion. Concurrently, the virtual product is programmed, tested and launched in concert with point-of-sale dates established with retailers
